Who Qualifies for Member Rates
All members of the Utah Association of Special Districts. Not sure if you are a member? Call the UASD office at 801-614-0405, or call LeGrand directly at 801-725-1312. It is not too late to become a UASD member!
Cancellation/Substitution Policy
Cancellations must be in writing and received by the UASD no later than October 15, 2025. All cancellations received by October 15th will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee. Substitutions are acceptable and must be made in writing. Please submit any cancellation notice or substitution request in writing to the UASD via US mail or email.
