This Critical Infrastructure Records Policy Template is designed and prepared for the adoption and use of Special and Special Service Districts that provide water services, wastewater services, or a combination of water and wastewater services in Utah in consultation with their legal counsel.  It is not intended for use by a district that provides neither of those services.
